Electric motor for trailer jacks or power converter? Help

I'm trying to find out what I have to do in order to fix this power issue. When I last parked my trailer I plugged it into a 50 amp shore power source. Then while trying to raise the power jacks in or...

Why it works now, I don't know. Maybe it just overheated and has now cooled down.


It still won't work when I'm plugged into 5o amp, just when I'm plugged into 30 amp.
