There isnt much to check other than the breakers and wiring. Everything inbetween is inside the walls and not likely accessible.
You checked the breakers. Assume they are ok.
Check the wiring on the load side of the breakers (nearest the off position of the breaker) to be sure a wire isnt loose or come out of the lug.
If it isnt the GFCI, check the wiring at the receptacles that are not working. I would suspect there is a single wire run to one of the outlets and a jumper to the second outlet. The likely wiring problem will be at the first outlet - not feeding itself or the second outlet in the chain.
