People that claim electric vehicles and fuel cells don't pollute are fooling themselves. Electricity has to be produced somehow. Hydrogen does not get pumped out of a hydrogen lake, it is produced by using electricity, the electricity is probably generated by burning fossil fuels.
Hydrogen vehicle sales are halted in california right now as they had an explosion at a station and 10 other stations have had operation suspended. Touchy stuff.
