You still didn't say where the majority of your power comes from. In PA, I can choose a supplier, some of them "green", but that is just a shell game because the same amount of electricity will be generated from the same facilities.

It comes from OPG and Hydro Quebec. In times of overload, they'll tap the grid and buy from dirty suppliers. In surplus times, they sell electricity below cost to try to get coal burners shut down.
