Is the screech heard around 10:00 AM when the red-headed-stepchild bird awakens.
While nesting the nest can lose an egg at a time and the bird will not panic until there are none left.
The methodology of "We can't be broke, we still have checks left!" makes the RHSC a candidate for starvation, therefore extinction.
You can see them perched on phone wires all pointing at each other.
Millions of tons of steel and aluminum conductor needed to support the phone wires will all be, of course, free! As will the right of way, construction and legal.
