I tried this once and it didn't help...
Nice to think that you can manually operate the jack if the motor quits working. At the start of this season, our Ultrafab jack would not work for the first trip. Checked the grounds and wiring and it was fine. No problem I said to myself, I'll just grab the socket wrench out of the TT. However, the motor or shaft was frozen solid and even a breaker bar wouldn't budge it. Kinda bummed because it also has two covers, one for the jack and other over the TT. Had to pull the jack out and replace it, day before the first trip. :(
