Electric trailer jack
Will my electric trailer jack work if the battery is dead and my truck is connected via 7 prong connector.

My GMC has a 30-amp fuse in the Trailer Power position. That being said, I would not want to run off just the truck UNLESS I used jumper cables as mentioned previously. Tongue jack draws up close to 25 amperes per manufacturer's info; don't want to heat up that long #10 AWG wire.
