Electrical cord wrapped in a circle cause problems?

Do what you want but an electric cord wrapped in a circle is an electromagnet less an iron core. It creates and electromagnetic field and reduces the power at the business end. Figure eight the roll and the Electromagnetic fields cancel each other out and gives almost full power at the business end. The length of the cord should be kept at a minimum and if it is really too long figure eight or don't roll it at all.
