OK so here we go again with quoting minutia that is questionable to just plain wrong.
As was pointed out earlier, the current flow in the two conductors of an AC power cord is equal (hopefully) and opposite. With those conditions, any magnetic field creates is tiny and localized.
UNDER ANY NORMAL CONDITIONS, IT IS NOT A FACTOR IN ANYTHING.
It just is not.
