Electrical issue
Started my 97 holiday rambler le and the instrument lights head lights and marker lights were going off and on by themself

Sounds like a bad ground. Are the turn signals or the 4 way flashers going on and off too? When the lights flash on are they at full brightness?
Follow the ground wire and see if the connection to ground is corroded, or broken.
