Electrical issue

I have a 2009 Keystone Cougar 320SRX and this weekend while camping, the DW and I went for a short trip to the store to pick up some ice and when we returned I noticed the trailer was a little warm inside. Went to the thermostat to lower the temp, and noticed that the A/C would not kick on. I immediately checked the breakers and fuses, and all were fine. I then noticed the control panel for the hot water heater and pump was not illuminated anymore, and none of the buttons or switches functioned. Somehow I still had hot water all weekend.

My first thought is something is wrong with the distribution panel/inverter, but I would think there would have been an indicator signalling a problem.

While the distribution panel / inveter is only $130 to change out, I do not wish to simply throw parts at this (especially the A/C).

I did check to see if I had 12v power independent of the 12ov power and I do. Disconnected the trailer from the panel at the campground and I still had all 12 accessories (minus water heater and pump control panel)

Any help or guidance is welcomed.
