Having lost only 12V DC to some items vs the whole 12V DC System means you have lost DC power on individual circuits....ie: furnace/t-stat DC power, water pump & control panel DC power.
Doesn't mean you have a 120V AC issue or a converter DC issue or a battery DC issue....just an individual DC power issue
Check ALL DC Fuses that feed individual circuits in your rig. One or more has blown ----7.5A, 15A or 20A
