The continuity between neutral and ground is at the outdoor receptical I just found. Both AC and DC ground are attached to the chassis. All circuits do the same thing. Everytime I turn a breaker on, The 34VAC increases. Uses a normal household icebox that runs on 120VAC and water heater is gas with electric ignition. Why 30 to 50 amp? Adding a washer dryer combo later and some call for 30 amps. So when I replaced the box from a cheap model, I went with a decent 50 amp model. However, Only one side is in use. It still runs like a 30 amp box until I add the other hot leg later and then it will be able to run 50.
