Back feeding the main breaker to buss. No bonding screws. Rechecked everything. Voltage went up. 80 VAC from mains hot to ground with shore ground disconnected. 44VAC from neutral to ground also with shore ground disconnected. 44VAC in DC system as well on both sides. However, With ground connected, All voltages are good. As far as the RFI, If I pull one side of the DC feeding the panel, All RFI is gone. Pulled the chassis ground separate and still got voltage at it. Heres something else, I pulled both shore neutral and ground. Checked voltage. Full 120VAC from hot to ground....Only the hot is connected to anything though. And this is chassis/body ground I'm reading that at. But there is no shorts between the three. (Hot/neutral/ground). I checked and nothing.
