I kept getting RFI when the converter was running with the old setup so I upgraded and got the same thing. Thats when I decided to look for a cause. So yes, I've had this problem before. And you are right this is the receptical I'm getting the power from. The receptical I'm talking about is outside where the shore cord come from. Pulled all the 120VAC grounds and still had voltage from the neutral side. ~40VAC give or take and is usually something to do with the converter. And somehow, The body ground can conduct electricity even though it is not attached to anything. With the ground connected, From hot to ground I'd get around 80VAC. I'm really starting to think the service coming in is where my problem is coming from. I have a tester that checks recpticals for correct wiring and it said all was good but its not acting like it.
