Yes, Installed as they said. For the troubleshooting, Its talking about converter issues when so far until all this stray voltage gets to it, is fine. I called Progressive Dynamics this morning and they told me it is all 120VAC problems and since the converter is working, Nothing they can do besides tell me to call an electrician out to look at it and around here, Thats $100+ and hour easy.
Update: Just did a couple of checks and I get 14 VAC when ground is pulled from neutral to ground and the body WILL conduct 120VAC. Evidently the voltage changes with time of day and the body is somehow grounding out to conduct.
