NONE OF THIS THREAD MAKES ANY SENSE!
If you do not have access to the main power breaker pannel then how are you going to converting it from 30 to 50 amp. Just changing the pannel in the park model will not do it.
The converter needs to have a GOOD battery in the circuit...Why...it acts to help filter the poorly filtered DC being put out by the coverter. Some are worse than others and with all the filtering gets worse as the converter begins to die. The converter is passing 60 cycle the RFI you are hearing. The RV antenna needs clean DC to operate hense the loss when trying to run the TV off the converter power.
