Yes I pulled all three apart. Even pulled the entire shore cord out to inspect and it looks fine. This does make sense if you've ever looked inside a PD4560.
The design is, Both sides of the 120 are split into two different sides. And if you know what you're doing, You can use a 50 amp box on a 30 amp cord. SAFELY.
