Please don't take this wrong - sometimes the simplest things get overlooked and I've done this myself. Did you check to be sure your 30amp shore power switch was turned ON at the post? If you plugged in, but didn't flip the switch, you would be drawing on your battery only and that sounds like it's low or nearly dead. Not all campgrounds have the on/off switch, but if it's there and not turned on ... I'd at least check before calling for the service guy.
