Anything that is 120 volt with electronics in it (fridge, ex.) and 120 volt anything that was turned on at the time (AC unit, ex.) will almost certainly be dead. You *might* get lucky on something, but not usually.
It's unfortunate that you did not have a Progessive Industries EMS unit.
