Electrical Trailer Plug on Holiday Rambler Arista

Having trouble with the trailer plug on a Arista Holiday Rambler with the Ford Chassis. Looks like a factory plug that takes off separately to the 7 pin plug. This take off only has 3 wires, a red, gr...

Honda has been already wired with a female 6 wire plug. No electric brakes. Wiring to back with said diodes to prevent back feed to the cars electric circuits.
Appreciate the help from all responses, we be working on it tomorrow afternoon. Thanks.
