If this really is a "brand new" trailer and it only cost $30K.......some features will be left out.

Like a distribution panel maybe.
Like a generator.
Like anything over maybe 4 outlets.
Maybe even like having it's own 12 V power system.

Can you, in the sense of is it physically possible to do so: of course it's something that can be done.

Should you? Absolutely not! Not even if you plan on installing a 30A receptacle. One important reason is that the main breaker in the RV will not control this outlet, so you don't have a good way of turning off all the power to all the systems in the event of an emergency or to do repair work. (Yes, you can unplug the shore power cord, but in an emergency that does take considerably longer since you need to run around outside.)

Run a circuit from the converter/distribution panel with a properly sized breaker for the wire size (or add on to an existing circuit in an approved manner). Depending on the space in the distribution panel and the breakers already installed, you may not be able to add another circuit, or you may have to replace a breaker with a tandem dual-circuit breaker (i.e. a pair of half-width breakers, not a 240V dual breaker).

The problem is with a sealed underbelly there is just noway to run wire from the breaker box to where you want the plugs...

You should bring circuit from breaker panel connected to an appropriately sized circuit breaker.
Is the orange wire 10/2 with ground? Looks small!

You could but you wont be protected by a circuit breaker
