It's not the worst idea for all 30 amp users to carry a 50 to 30 amp dog bone. Sometimes the 30 amp connection on the post is in really bad shape from people unplugging with the power on and the 50 amp connection is still good.
Are 50 amp users smarter about disconnecting or are there just fewer of them?
