Suspect list (And by the way I do not have a Surburan, I have an Atwood, no difference really save for the name plate).
Fuse
Bad connection
Fuse
Circuit breaker (more on this in a sec)
Control board
Blower motor
IF it is the control board,,, May I recommend a DINOSAUR board.. Their most expensive furnace board (Guess which one my Atwood takes, by the way it fits Surburan as well, same board) cost me 108, IN MY HAND. The OEM 250 plus S&H.
Plus it is way way better made from the drawing board to the final assembly it is better made with quality parts here in the USA.
The circuit breaker: On my Atwood, if you remove the cover outside, there is a switch.. same is also a circuit breaker.. HOWEVER if it is off or tripped you will not hear anything from the furnace area when the T-Stat calls for heat, Since it shuts it all down (power---Breaker--Everything else on furnace including T-Stat).
I would start by checking for 12vdc at the power terminals on the control board. Then wiggle the heavy wires in the area to see if it kicks in.. I know I can kill mine by pulling just so on a wire but it re-starts when I let go.
