I'll use my kill-a-watt unit and give you an "accurate" number for the watt-hours tomorrow.
I have two induction burners as well--but they are in Florida at the moment--so I've not had a chance to try them. They should be great on a cast iron frying pan. However, they will, alas, be only for shore power as I'm told they do not "enjoy" msw inverter power.
As to kettles, I did have one that was about 1/2 liter. It was intended as a coffee maker. Again it was a garage sale item. When I was forced into selling the house it got "purged".
