So what ?? Since when was it gospel to run exactly 50/50 ??
Before premix, I always did it by color. If it started looking a little peek'ed, I'd add a little straight. Worked great for many years. Still does.

I don't go thru the figuring and mixing in the system. Do it 50/50 in the jugs and dump it in. Always have some on hand anyway.
When you pre mix you can't allow for any water in the system that you can't drain. Yes on a small coach you might get all the water out but on a larger coach like a diesel pusher you won't get all the water out of the heater lines.
