The neighbor is making jokes that I don't have to buy a dog to pee on my trailer wheels, there are other people dogs doing this to me for free :)
12 by 12 ft is not good enough. Dogs are all over, owner is on one end of the camp and dog - on another. Not that a headlamp would help in this case, either.
