Entry step not working

2015 Class A Thor Hurricane -- went to move it in the driveway, opened door, entry step extended properly. Moved it, stepped out, closed the door, and entry step retracted but not all the way. Now it won't move at all, motor doesn't come on, light underneath doesn't come on, but I can wiggle the steps somewhat. Can't find a fuse, all batteries are good. Suggestions?
