Eternabond over ladder anchor points on roof - yea or nay?

Just finished doing all the roof seams on our ‘new to us’ 5’er. Didn’t have a ladder on my previous rig, what’s the common opinion on using eternabond to cover the ladder anchor points on the roof?

If you put Eternabond tape UNDER the ladder mounts, it will seal the screws as you drive them through the tape. I discovered this phenomena when mounting my solar panel. Eternabond used to have a video of the tape covering the screw heads.
