With my no-nonsense attitude I guess if I ran PATECO today like I ran it 30 years ago I would be assassinated by some lobbyist touting "asininium" as the new battery miracle alloy. I hope I'm not around when a "pound" means 15 ounces, a kilo is 925 grams, down is up, and full and complete anarchy rules the marketplace.
It gets worse. Meteorologists who predict "correctly" are for sale, and entities like CalTrans rely on the National Weather Service as about as much as Sports betting parlors rely on an Ouija board to set odds. I can only be glad I was not born into this nightmare.
Tomorrow I @#$%^&! PLANT a 15 X 15 meter patch of sweet corn. Thank goodness I brought seed corn. Nothing gets wasted the stalks will go to the neighbor's small herd of steers.
But Jeez, every time I turn around, I find manufacturers are lying about their product's specifications. Be careful out there folks. I can only recommend that when you purchase a battery, take along a bathroom scale. Things have slid down THAT far.
