The usual swing- outs have screws you can get at. In fact, sometimes you have to tighten them. On ones I have had, the darn foam covering on the handle slides down to the bottom over the years, so that is kind of stupid.
As usual with aluminum RV frames, the screws get so you can't tighten them and have to use fatter screws, which may not be possible where they go through the handle brackets.
