Fan is dead in intellipower 9245. Looking for new one.

Radio shack has cheap ones.. A good electronics parts store will have a much better assortment of much higher quality fans.

I usually visit RSelectronics in Livonia, MI but every major city has such a store.

FRY's stores (Appliance/electronics) has a good Computer parts department as Does Micro Center. Both of these offer Sticks & Bricks as well as internet.

There are about a million electronics parts places on the net as well, Most all of them sell the kind of fan you need.

The fan on mine died, it will reduce voltage when trying to bulk charge (heat sink gets very hot). Replaced with a 9260. Will some day fix as spare.

I have never heard the fan run on my 9245. I don't think it ever has. I don't think it ever tried to. I don't think it needs to,......in cooler weather that is. Are you sure the fan is defective,.....because it may not be running because it doesn't want to, and a new fan ain't gonna fix that.

Call Progressive they are responsive. BUT the fan in mine seldom runs and may be fine.
