Spent an hour on the phone last Friday with Fantastic/Atwood.
Talk about amazing customer service!
She says Fantastic Vents are designed so they can be open during travel. She said they are supposed to be fully open, or fully closed during travel. Not partway. She said any vent cover other than theirs ( of course ) voids the two year warranty on them. But she also stated they ALL limit airflow, and says people that get them, mostly do it for their pets when the fans have a rain sensor on them.
I always wondered why, when I forgot to close the vents on previous coaches, the vent caps didn't go flying off. And those were some pretty windy situations.
Just an FYI since there have been so many discussions about it.
