Good service, parts to ship today. - SCVJeffExplorerSo far they are covering my fan and replacements at 10 years out but are starting to balk. That's fine, everyone needs to make a living
I think it's Sharon you want to talk to at the factory - jerseyjimExplorer2 years ago, the gear on my Fantastic Fan stripped. I was way beyond warranty and I called their number. Pleasant person on the other end, got a new setup in 3 days. Kinda expensive, but....
I vote for great customer service. - j-dExplorer III didn't like the way ours operated. I think the problem was actually caused by turning the battery off between trips. Dropped the cover, unplugged the motor, taped the bare connector. Then put two 5/16" lock washers (not for locking, just as spacers) under the knob. Tightened the knob screw. The vent and I get along much better now.
- ScottGNomadCheck your warranty - if it's expired they will do nothing.
They used to have great service but after they were bought out they went down to toilet. Their product quality has suffered as well. - BB_TXNomadCall Fan-tastic Vent. They have had great customer in the past. And I would guess they still do.
