Fantastic fan problem

Fantastic Fan has had perhaps the BEST reputation for supporting their products of any supplier of RV stuff. There are many stories on here and elsewhere of actually getting to talk to an actual person who knew what they were talking about. And the "no problem, we'll send you one of those" at no cost and without even asking how old the fan was (been there, done that).

I didn't know that they had been "acquired" by Atwood. Let's hope they don't screw it up. It would be a great tragedy to see one of the seemingly few bright lights in the RV equipment industry go dim!

It is a simple make or break switch on the ground side of the circuit.

Well then, I've been lucky, it's been 7 1/2 years. :)

Unfortunatally.......fantastic fan appears to have been bought,or changed.......But......I just dealt with them a month ago.

I had purchased a "REPLACEMENT FAN",1 year ago,so,everything was 100% covered........So,make sure....you are within the warrenty period,from now on.

I SPOKE with an actual person, and she asked me if it was a replacement fan,I had purchased recently.........I had indeed.:W

When they were owned by regular folks the service was second to none. Atwood bought FantasticFan, and Atwood's service is not the same.

Check the position of the 'forward-off- reverse' switch on the fan.

Funny, I emailed the link from the support page and it bounced. I think a lot of things have changed.
