The usual Problem is that Plunger Switch up on the Roof! They are Stainless Steel ,but there are parts nearby that develop a crusty rust coloured ,sticky ,gooey build up that prevents the Switch to POP Up!
I get up and clean and lubricate that switch several times each Year!
