fiberglass woes

could not see exactly which forum covered this...


this is a 2006 winnebago. walls are made of their THERMO-PANEL SIDEWALLS which at that time suggested there was no wood involved.
anyway what is this ripple about 6 inches by 1 inch and what do we do about it?
the door panel is buckled too.
we have gone to extremes to make sure the roof is allways sealed and also the various openings in the walls.

  • The ripples look like a classic case of delamination to me. The door looks warped. Both conditions are usually caused by moisture intrusion.

    Per materials in the sidewalls: there is luan plywood there, at least according to this description of "Thermo Panels" from this Winnebago link
