Filtered Positive Pressure To Keep Dust Level Down

The closest thing I have to doing this would be having a Fantastic Vent which can run in reverse (pulling air in), place a filter box on the top, so all air being drawn in goes through said filters. This will provide the positive pressure, and keep the dust out.
