We had a great day at Downtown Disney and now tomorrow I will do some testing on the refrig. Early this morning I sent an email to Dinosaur Electronics with details about the symptoms I was experiencing. There tech support replied with instructions on how to test the power supply board. About 10 years ago I contacted Dinosaur and they help diagnose and repair a defective igniter board on the refrig.
I'll update this thread after I run the test procedure tomorrow. Again, thanks to everyone for the suggestions and comments.
