You may be getting a little ahead of yourself. EQ'ing should only be done on FULL batteries. At 5.1a @ 15.1v, the batteries are not full, regardless of what your "smart" charger may think.
You cannot trust any charger's readout... always confirm with a handheld. That's one (minor) problem with portable chargers... you cannot get a reading at the output, only at the post connection, so no way to see how much drop there is across the chargers cables.
Measure at the posts where the cables are connected, and across individual batts, to see if they're accepting the charge fairly evenly. I often see a small discrepancy between my individual 6's. Nothing to be overly concerned about, unless the difference is significant.
At what current was the voltage drop 0.1v? Mine usually start out at .09v drop, at 45a, and end up at .01v at near full.
