This procedure can take hours and hours. Eventually the amps will start to taper from 4.1 and after a while (more hours) it will say FUL. I usually run a second Equalize before I hit my "baseline SG" of near 1.300 on my pair of Interstate GC2 XHDs (now four years old)
I hadn't taken into account the voltage is a little low; not to mention the current. I can see how it could take a couple of runs to really get them up. Not a bad approach, either... why rush it?
