FIXED! - Sharp R-1870 Conv/Micro shuts off after 59 seconds

My oven has started shutting down after running for 59 seconds. It is not tripping the breaker, just shuts down. Display is still powered, but cannot restart unless I unplug/replug it. I at first...

I thought some might wonder that, but thankfully no. The things just scare me to death! Last year I replaced the caps in my front AC and was equally cautious. I just didn't want this to sound like a no-brainer repair.
