Fleetwood Niagara PUP - Weird Electrical Issue

Thanks for chiming in. Appreciate the confirmation. I was scratching my head trying to figure out why they were in series... then I spoke with the previous owner and learned he commonly removed the batteries during storage and connected the jumpers incorrectly.
