Flexible Solar Panel - Will This Wire Cause Problems
FedEx just delivered my 100W flexible solar panel. I noticed this wire sticking out. Do you solar gurus think it will cause issues/problems down the line when it's out in the weather?

you will know for sure, after a few months of steady use
its listed as reverse polarity protection for both solar input and battery connection
and that is good
BTW always connect the battery to the controller first, then connect the solar panel
the controller needs to sense the system voltage, before receiving solar input
