Hi Richard,
The Victron is PSW.
The Harbor Freight is useful, until you wish to run devices that have dedicated computer chips in them. Then the inverter survives, but the device being powered may let out the magic blue smoke.
That said, I used an MSW for several years before I could afford a large PSW unit.
The Victron will replace a 400 watt Canadian Tire MSW that has served me well. I've had the CT unit since 1998. It cost more than the Victron LOL!

Wouldn't this inverter from Harbor Freight, also be of good value?
I've had the 750 from HF on line for 3 or 4 years, with no failure.
