Ford E450 Tire Size
Has anyone here replaced the 16" wheels on their E450 chassis with 19.5" wheels ?

Be very careful. You need clearance above and beyond the max dynamic sidewall deflection for the flex of the sidewalls plus an air gap, not just static space when measuring tire to tire sitting still. This might require a wheel spacer.
