Doesn't look like one. I would keep looking. Run the Ford vin not the chassis to find your exact year. Do you have od on/off or tow/haul on the gear shift? 1st is 2005 and below, second is 2006 later.

Here is another hint. Go to Fordparts.com, put in your FORD vin, and it will call up your chassis. Then you can search for the part. They include some nifty drawings so you can see the part. I couldn't find the pcv valve doing that but did find a pcv hose. It appeard that the valve plugs into the hose. Maybe one on each side?
