I had the same problem. The bottom would only get to 60. I added a computer fan in the back of the unit at the bottom. I already had one at the top but now it pushes air up and the top fan helps to exhaust. I also added a small battery operated fan inside the refrigerator. It now gets down to 34 degrees and drops the temp 40 degrees in 6 hours. Total cost less than $20.
