We have spent the summer in NM with high temps and morning sun on the refrigerator side. Ours did the same thing. We added a computer fan on the outside access blowing upward and the frig got 10 degrees cooler. After spring winds died down some we put our awning out and frig stays at normal temps now. Freezer was always cold enough. Others here that have 5th wheels with frigs in the slideouts and afternoon sun are having a terrible time keeps their frigs cool. The repairmen are out here constantly. Only 1 smart guy in the bunch. He built a shade tarp for that slide and his frig is doing okay.
