Freezer Cold/Fridge Not

No recharge. Off level operation can damage a propane fridge in short time.
Some people have burped their absorption refrigerators and I did that once and it seemed to help. (google it).
What brought my dometic fridge form the dead was:
four CPU cooling vans in the roof vent for the fridge. I have two switches that power 2 fans and only turn on all 4 fans when the temps are above 90 deg F. When temps are 70 to 90 deg, I use only 2 fans. I turn all fans off at nighttime.
I also installed 2 micro fans inside my fridge on the cooling fins to blow air around.
With vent fans, internal fans, and a SNIP THE TIP adjustable thermistor, my biggest problem is prevent my food from freezing. WHen my fridge is fully packed, it stays at a 35-37 deg F all day long. When items get consumed, I have to adjust the thermister so it doesn't get below 32 deg F.
